For international returns, please mark the item as "VENDOR RETURN" to avoid duties and customs.
Refund Policy
Please allow 3-5 business days from when we receive your return to process your refund. You will be notified by email once your return is processed. GlobalTech reserves the right to refuse a return or refund and charge a restocking fee for any product that doesn't comply with the abovementioned requirements.
30-Day Return Policy.
For the first 30 days after your purchase, you may return merchandise for a full money-back refund, excluding any shipping charges.
Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.
Please remove all unnecessary pre-existing labels from the box.
Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.
If a product is received defective or incorrect, please submit an online return request or contact us immediately. We will do whatever possible to resolve the issue. We will only cover return shipping if we are notified before the return.
Nonreturnable items
The following items cannot be returned once opened.
Software, Film, Paper, DVDs, Bulbs, flash tubes, Batteries, Ink cartridges, Notebooks, Netbooks, Tablets, iPads and Computers, Memory cards, and any item removed from its "blister-pack".
Printers cannot be returned once the toner has been installed.
Underwater equipment cannot be returned once it has been used in water.
Oversize Return Policy
Oversize items that must be shipped via truck are returnable, provided they meet our standard return requirements. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Once shipped, if a package is refused, the return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund total.
If an oversized item is shipped directly from the manufacturer, it must be returned to their location. Don't hesitate to contact us before returning; we will help you arrange the return.
